RAZORFISH STUDIOS ACQUIRES SIMON VENTURES, LTD.

(NEW YORK CITY) February 25, 1999 - Razorfish Studios announced today the expansion of its operations with the acquisition of Simon Ventures, Ltd. Started and previously led by Michael Simon, currently President of Razorfish Studios, Simon Ventures was a New York based artist management firm. Razorfish Studios has acquired 100% of Simon Ventures to help increase its stable of artists, as well as concentrate its efforts on continuing to produce cross-content media and develop talent.

Founded in 1996, Simon Ventures managed the careers of several recording artists including: Mercury Record's The Honeydogs, The Gigolo Aunts, who record for Counting Crows' Adam Duritz's E. Pluribus Unum, and Kristin Mooney, affiliated with ADA-distributed EGG records. The entire roster remains unchanged and will be absorbed by Razorfish Studios.

Michael Simon was founder and President of Simon Ventures, is the President of Razorfish Studios, and General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Razorfish, Inc. Prior to joining Razorfish, Mr. Simon was a Senior Director of Legal Affairs for Polygram Records. "As sole owner of Simon Ventures and President of Razorfish Studios, this acquisition represents both a strategic move to put more muscle behind Razorfish Studios efforts, as well as a formal alignment of the companies' business and creative objectives," said Simon.
