Razorfish Studios and Disinformation Announce Partnership

NEW YORK, February 23, 1997 - Razorfish Studios, the Entertainment Affiliate of Razorfish, Inc. (http://www.razorfish.com), announced today a partnership with The Disinformation Company (http://www.disinfo.com), the subculture search engine.

The deal was announced by The Disinformation Company Ltd.'s President/CEO, Gary Baddeley and by Razorfish Studios Inc.'s President, Michael Simon. The agreement runs through the end of 2000.

The deal between Disinformation and Razorfish is the formalization of an already close working relationship. Razorfish has designed, hosted, and provided technical support for the Disinformation Web site since early 1997. According to Michael Simon, Disinformation will move into Razorfish's Soho offices at the beginning of April.

Under the new deal, Razorfish will continue to collaborate creatively with Disinformation, as well as more strategically, to further the Disinformation brand. Disinformation is currently readying an online store and is developing new, off-line revenue streams for the Disinformation name. Disinformation will continue on as part of the critically acclaimed RSUB, The Razorfish Subnetwork (http://www.rsub.com).
