How does a struggling filmmaker, pursuing greatness in a world where innovation is scorned and mediocrity reigns supreme, break through to the masses to gain fame and global recognition? RSUBOX is conducting a search for short films and Flash animations that break the mold and crack us up.
Submissions must have a running time of no longer than ten minutes. We are looking for films or animations of any genre, be they abstract, comical, erotic, documentary, frightening, or totally whacked out. VHS,
CD-ROM, Zip disc and Jaz disc will be accepted.

CONTENT SUBMISSIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering the submission of your Content for display on the Razorfish Subnetwork.
Your submission to Razorfish Subnetwork, a division of Razorfish Studios, Incorporated, and the Razorfish Subnetwork Web Site, www.rsub.com, (the "Site"), is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. By submitting your Content to the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following Terms and Conditions. Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
SUBMISSION OF CONTENT AND INVITATION TO MEMBERSHIP
Upon your submission (see Submission Page), you are authorizing Razorfish Subnetwork to post your Content on the Site, if Razorfish Subnetwork so chooses. At this time, you will be considered for invitation as a Member of Razorfish Subnetwork. If, based upon the quality of your Content, you are invited by Razorfish Subnetwork to become a Member, Razorfish Subnetwork will provide you with the following content and services free of charge:
Razorfish Subnetwork will post your Content to the Site. Your Content will consist, in whole or in part, of a Biographical Page, Film/Video Pages, and Film/Videos. In posting your Content, Razorfish Subnetwork will also include the encoding, hosting and streaming of your Film/Videos, and, the associated requisite storage space and bandwidth. Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or delete services, products, or features of the Site at any time. However, in no event will Razorfish Subnetwork edit, alter or modify you Content in any way, at any time.
MEMBERSHIP - FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
If Razorfish Subnetwork invites you to join as a Member, your Membership services are initially available free of charge, until further notice. If at some point in time, Razorfish Subnetwork chooses to charge a fair and equitable fee for its services, Razorfish Subnetwork will give you at least thirty (30) days advance notice to decide whether you want to remain a Member under the new fee arrangement.
POSTING AND REMOVAL OF MEMBER CONTENT
Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to post or not post, or to remove, your Content from the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You may, of course, request Razorfish Subnetwork to remove your Content at any time. Please allow at least two (2) business days for Razorfish Subnetwork to process your request.
Memberships are non-transferrable.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
Razorfish Subnetwork considers Content for posting to the Site if:
1. Content does not violate any applicable laws and regulations
In the event that Razorfish Subnetwork is notified that your Content violates any of the Content Guidelines be stated here in, Razorfish Subnetwork will immediately remove your Content from the Site and inform you of the violation. You will then be required to provide Razorfish Subnetwork with written proof that your Content has been modified to meet the Content Guidelines prior to Razorfish Subnetwork considering the reposting of your Content to the Site. However, even if your Content is modified to meet the Content Guidelines, Razorfish Subnetwork will be under no obligation to repost your Content.
Outside of the above defined Content Guidelines, Razorfish Subnetwork does not control the Content submitted, unless otherwise noted therein, and Razorfish Subnetwork has no obligation to monitor such Content. However, Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any Content that, in Razorfish Subnetwork's sole discretion, is objectionable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY
Email postings and other general communication to Razorfish Subnetwork are not private and may be published and edited at the discretion of Razorfish Subnetwork. Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Razorfish Subnetwork's sole discretion are considered objectionable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
ADVERTIZING AND PROMOTION
You grant to Razorfish Subnetwork the right to publicize, advertise and promote in any way, including, but not limited to, the placement of advertising before and after the display of your Content.
MEMBER'S WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
Member represents and warrants to Razorfish Subnetwork, its successors, licensees and assigns as follows:
(a) Unrestricted Right to Grant. You are the sole and absolute owner of the Content, the copyright pertaining thereto and all rights associated with or relating to the Content.
(b) Discharge of Obligations. All the following have been paid or discharged or will be paid and discharged by you or by persons other than Razorfish Subnetwork:
(i) All claims and rights of owners of copyright in literary, dramatic and musical rights and other property or rights in or to all stories, plays, scripts, scenarios, themes, incidents, plots, characteristics, dialogue, music, words, and other material of any nature whatsoever appearing, used or recorded in the Content;
(ii) All claims and rights of owners of inventions and patent rights with respect to the recording of any and all dialogue, music and other sound effects recorded in the Content and with respect to the use of all equipment, apparatus, appliances and other materials used in the photographing, recording or otherwise in the manufacture of the Content.
(c) No Infringement. To the best of your knowledge and belief, neither the Content nor any part thereof, nor any materials, contained therein or synchronized therewith, nor the title thereof, nor the exercise of any right, license or privilege herein granted, violates or will violate, infringes or will infringe any trademark, trade name, contract, agreement, copyright (whether common law or statutory), patent, any literary, artistic, dramatic, personal, private, civil or property right or right of privacy or "moral rights of authors" or any other right whatsoever of or slanders or libels any person, firm, corporation or association whatsoever.
(d) Contracts. All contracts with artists and personnel, for purchases, licenses and laboratory contracts, and all other obligations and undertakings of whatsoever kind connected with the production of the Content have been made and entered into by you and by no other party and no obligation shall be imposed upon Razorfish Subnetwork thereunder, and you shall indemnify and hold Razorfish Subnetwork harmless from any expenses and liability thereunder.
(e) Valid Copyright. The copyright in the Content, and the literary, dramatic and musical material upon which it is based, or which is contained in the Content, will be valid and subsisting during the time your Content is posted on the Site.
(f) Guild/Union/Performing Rights Society - Participation Payments. Any payments required to be made to any performing rights society or to any body or group representing authors, composers, musicians, artists, any other participants in the production of the Content, publishers or other persons having legal or contractual rights of any kind to participate in the receipts of the Content or to payments of any kind as a result of the distribution or exhibition of the Content and any taxes thereon or on the payment thereof will be made by you and not be paid by Razorfish Subnetwork.
(g) Litigation. To your knowledge, there is no litigation, proceeding or claim pending or threatened against you which may materially adversely affect your exclusive rights in and to the Content, the copyright pertaining thereto, and you shall indemnify and hold Razorfish Subnetwork harmless from any expenses and liability thereunder.
INDEMNITY
You do hereby and shall at all times indemnify and hold harmless Razorfish Subnetwork, its subdistributors and licensees, its and their officers, directors and employees, and its and their exhibitors, licensees and assignees, of and from any and all charges, claims, damages, costs, judgments, decrees, losses, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), penalties, demands, liabilities and causes of action, whether or not groundless, of any kind or nature whatsoever by reason of, based upon, relating to, including, but not limited to, your Content, your use of the Site and your actions or inactions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / DISCALIMER
Your use of the Site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the materials or services contained in the Site, or with any of these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your membership, remove your Content, and discontinue accessing and using the Site.
Razorfish Subnetwork makes no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on the Site and is not responsible for (i) any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information; (ii) any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained within the Site; or (iii) losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided by the Site.
TO THE BEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER RAZORFISH SUBNETWORK NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE IS LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YEAR 2000 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER
RAZORFISH SUBNETWORK SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY STATUTE, OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF ANY RAZORFISH SUBNETWORK PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO OR A CONSEQUENCE OF THE PASSAGE OF TIME TO THE YEAR 2000.
OTHER
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Razorfish Subnetwork may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
