CONTEST RULES

1. No purchase is required to enter the Contest.

2. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest entrants must be over 18 years of age.

4. Monthly Contest winners (12 per year) will receive a digital camera, and the Grand Prize Contest winner (1 per year) will receive a mini digital video camera; Razorfish Subnetwork reserves the right to award the equivalent cash value in lieu of prizes.

5. Contest winners will be notified by mail.

6. Damaged Contest submissions or mutilated or illegible Contest entry forms will be disqualified.

7. Employees of Razorfish Subnetwork or Razorfish, Inc. are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

8. Contest Winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility of Compliance with rules and/or such other documents as required by Razorfish Subnetwork prior to the award of prizes.

9. Each Contest Winner hereby grants Razorfish Subnetwork the right to use his/her name, likeness, portrait, recorded voice and/or biographical material to advertise, promote or publicize the Contest.

10. Razorfish Subnetwork is not responsible for:

a. Taxes on prizes.
b. Lost or stolen entries
c. Defective merchandise of independent suppliers.
