For Mac:
1. grab the image below and drag it to your desktop.
2. open the image (in Photoshop or any other graphics display program)
3. copy entire image
4. open "Desktop Pictures" in your control panel
5. paste in the .gif
6. hit "Set Desktop"
7. voila!
For PC:
1. right click on image below
2. choose "Set as Wallpaper"
3. under Settings/Control Panel, open Display
4. choose "Netscape/Explorer Wallpaper"
5. choose "tile" option
6. hit "Display"
7. voila!
